Colors And Shapes Inspire Me…

I love the natural World. It’s sheer beauty and artistry inspire me. Whether Landscape, Nature or people I am fascinated by it all. I cannot fathom why anyone could think with c 6 billion people on the planet, each with unique fingerprints, irises and voices, that somehow this all evolved. When I look at the animal kingdom, I mostly see the ease with which animals reproduce and give birth. That is different from humans. Does no one stop to ponder and question why? Or is it just me? When I take a picture of a beautiful sunset or sunrise some people say to me you have created a great work. I think to myself, I created nothing. I merely photographed what was in front of me. Someone else created that. I am equally curious about people. I love hearing about their lives, and their journey. I listen. Carefully. I engage if they want to. I try to connect at a level beyond superficial. Most people have no clue just how valuable they are, and how deeply loved. I enjoy the conversation and the interaction every bit as much as taking the photograph. But I enjoy that process as well. I am no angel. I have made mistakes, not just in my photography but in life. But I am still willing to learn, and to change.
